Enquiries & Proposals
Submitting an enquiry does not confirm a booking. A project is confirmed only after the scope, pricing, schedule, payment terms, and any required agreement have been accepted in writing.
Seasonal Availability & Substitutions
Flowers are seasonal and availability can change. Where a substitution is necessary, we will communicate the change and aim to preserve the agreed style, palette, and overall value.
Payments, Changes & Cancellations
Deposit, payment schedule, change, cancellation, refund, delivery, and installation terms are set out in your individual proposal and agreement.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, website text, branding, and original imagery are owned by or licensed to Floravelle. Visitors may not reproduce protected content without permission.
